Subtitles out of Synch on Playback

I've only recently (several days ago) started backing up some of my DVDs.

The first one I try one was a DVD9 Japanese movie called Kwaidan with a main movie and trailer.

I used the DoItFast4U, ReAuthorist, CCE, Scenarist method...

Everything seems to work out fine. The audio and video are in synch. The quality is nice ( even though I only did a 1 pass for testing purpose the first time ).

BUT, the subtitles are out of synch with the audio and video. The subtitles appear before spoken dialogue/narration. In the beginning, the subtitles appear 14 seconds before dialogue/narration. Towards the end, they're around 2-3 seconds before dialogue/narration.

Any help on this matter I would greatly appreciate...

Try simply using DVD Shrink (freeware) instead of all of the above...
