PowerDVD Upgrade to XP

Anyone know where I can still get the free PowerDVD 3 - 4 (XP) upgrade file? I just bought V3 and can't get hold of the upgrade patch via the official web site (withdrawn on 31st Dec 2001!)

Thanks, but I ended up getting the upgrade officially anyway. It has the full audio pack so was worth the $20.
