    Mpeg splicing

I've been using VDub for my AVI files but what I wanted to ask is, was there any way to also splice mpegs together?

tmpg will do it..but if setarip sees this i have a question for you..setarip:
sometimes when joining mpegs in tmpg (which works great)
at the "splice" sometimes it adds a small beep in the audio ???

      To john boy

I was mystified the first time I experienced that effect. The remedy that I discovered was even more mystifiying - Under "Environmental Settings", click on the "Sound" tab and simply uncheck "Finish"...

It's the program recommended for dealing with your MPEG-splicing question. You can get it at:

            TMPGEnc,tmpg,mpg,mpeg,encoder,TMPG,tmpgenc

(Wait until you see the choices of Japanese (left) or English (right) )
