    Pal Dvd / Ntsc Tv

    Hi, does anyone know if a region-free PAL dvd will play on most (or all) American TVs? Does it depend on the dvd player, or the TV, or both? Thanks

      IT will NOT play on MOST American setups. You have to have a dual format DVD player...

              I'm also wondering what would be the best way to convert a region-free PAL dvd to NTSC. Thanks for anysuggestions.
