    Software for dvd playback please

I have been given an old Pioneer DVD-113 player out of a Packard Bell system.

I don’t have any software for it as the original software was pre installed on that machine and could be reinstalled on it by the Packard Bell Master recovery disc.

Any ideas on what software I need to use the drive please?

Operating system dual boot M.E. / XP

    This is a player only.

You don't need any software to use the drive, windows should recognize it if it's installed correctly. Then you can get the best freeware DVD Software player Media Player Classic and you'll be all set.

Many thanks to Taelon and Anonymez I have installed media player classic and the unit now works. The picture is a little jumpy on certain things though.
