DVD Shrink Newbie

I recently used DVD Shrink and the outcome of the DVD wasn't all what I expected. I know I'm probably doing something wrong. When I played it on my DVD player, it came out choppy as if I were pressing fast foward. What am I doing wrong, could you please help me?

also, do you have nero installed that is used by dvd shrink to burn? if so post the burn log
