Welcome to the Digital Digest Video forum jchutcheson!

Burning and converting are two different things. For burning I use Nero Burning ROM for audio CD's and ImgBurn for burning DVD's.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Hi ... Thanks for the welcome ... I am not trying to do anything at the moment , I want to learn before I try anything out first but , Basically I would like to learn how to burn dvd , whether it being from my camera or ones that I bought or even from the net itself , also I have music that I would like to burn as well , onto my ipod or the computer itself , so I am trying to figure out how it all works and which is the best way to go about it , Thanks for the very quick response ...

for over all burning I would suggest using nero. it's popular does a good job and supports many burning features and easy to use

Two of the best in my opinion are DVD Decrypter/ImgBurn and CD-DVD Speed. Both are free, but they burn only image files (like ISO for example).

So you paid for a program and took it off after knowing about this forum site ? Ok then , What do you use now instead of dvd cloner ?

Do either of these 2 programs dvd Shrink and DVD Decrypter need any other programs to make them work ?
