Ok when i try to play a dvd in my drive on the computer or after burning it in the dvd player the sound is scratchy and the picture skips a little bit. I have 2 dvd-roms and both do the same. I have tryed 2 playback programs but no help. Does anyone know how i can fix this problem???

i used copy2dvd, yes all of the dvds, cyberdvd and nero showtime.Comment

I was thinking maybe because of my sound card or video card. But i have a radeon and my sound card plays mp3s and everything else perfect...Comment

Try this but make sure you have it set to play everything.
