How can I Split A big MPEG File(VCD) 840M
To 2 Files?

TMPGEnc or MPEGCUTTER search this forum you'll find the procedure for TMPGENc. Under "file" select "mpeg tools" I believe.

But I did it with Ulead DVD MovieFactory.

Use DVDCutter Stream and Mp3CDWav Converter-->Tools-->MPEG Box Tool-->Cutter
