i tried almost everything i can think of but no help so far.
im trying to convert a avi file to a DVD format so i can play it on the dvd player.
first try was on NeroVission Express. everything worked fine
when i play it on the dvd player the video is FINE but hte audo is messed up its like the audio has been digitized and everything sounds like your plaing a syacth disk.
so i tried opening the dvd on my PC with power dvd/windows MP.
powerdvd gives me this error code 80070032
and WMP just quits it self.
so i tied opening the vob files on the hard disk it playes fine.
i tied making an ISO file and them opend the mounted ISO with power dvd/WMP
same errors.
but everything works in Nero SHow time.(The files on the burnt dvd/files on the iso and files on the hard disk. all VOB files)
so i thought this is a nero problem so i tired Aurora MPEG To DVD Burner.
exactly the same problem on the dvd player and on PC
then i tired Cucusoft MPEG to DVD Burner EXACTLY the same thing
then i tired DVD2SVCD with Cinema Craft Encoder same prob
but everytime i can play all the files with nero show time
i used the built in recorders to burn the ISO on the last 2 attemptes. not NERO
anyone have any clue on to why this would happen when the DVD/iso is burnt and not with the files on the hard disk and the video works on the dvd player and audio isnt
is there any bullet proof way of burning a dvd to play it on the DVD player?
im about to try DVD santa. ill let you know how that goes.
