Cinemaster Decoder Software for XP - Dell Laptop

Have a Dell Inspiron 7500 notebook which has a torisan DVD drive and uses the cinemaster decorder software. I have not been able to read a DVD drive in either win98 or XP for over a year, I assume my drive is kaputt but it will still read normal cdrom cd's..... I am looking for the cinemaster decoder that will work with XP if there is one? As even if I bought a new drive I am using XP only at the moment and don't feel like formating and putting a dual boot back on this machine.....
