Pioneer Dvr-104

Hi, can anyone tell me if there is any region lock on the Pioneer DVR-104, if it can read/burn PAL and NTSC and what other niceties it has.

DVR-104 has a RPC

Hi does anybody know of a tool that will remove the RPC so it is Zone Free (able to play from any zone), I also want to record DVD's that are playable in any Zone or at least in 1 and 2 (US and UK/Europe)
