I have installed Ac3 codec pack v1.0.0.0 which i need because i do a lot of stuff with video editing and i view a lot of videos and most i dont even knot the codec they use on them... anyway the video plays smoothly but the audio on DVD's is just scratchy as hell. I use DVDX Player Professional and have tried uninstalling/reinstalling it with no luck. I have gotten it so in Windows Media Player 11 that its not scratchy but i HATE that program with a passion. I tried to duplicate the same with the "AC3 Filter" in the control panel by changing to 'Prefer other decoder' in the system tab but that didnt work either.
