I need HELP with a Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-C2302!
I downloaded the firmware but every time I try to install it it keeps giving me this msg:
Hex File Format Error!! Line[1], Code[-1]
After this all I can do is reboot the PC, but according to Drive Region Info the drive is still RPC2.
Where did I go wrong?
