Hi, I'm new here but no stranger to dvd and video cds... anyway...
I just got a substitution model (so I guess I could always return it) for a better Apex from compusa (they were out of the Apex, or likely never really had them
).
Problem is, when I play SVCD the sound skips, but regular VCDs and DVDs play fine. The SVCD is on a standard Imation brand CDR and is confirmed to have been written properly on another DVD player.
