Hi, I got the following out out from the drive info prog. but not sure what it means.

LG DVD-ROM DRD8160B 1.01
THIS DRIVE HAS REGION PROTECTION

Region info:

Region code: not set
User: 5 changes left
Manufacturer: 4 changes left
Status: not set

I live in Canada and would like to know what the info means

Hi rastan,

Your DVD-ROM is in NONE state, which means that the DVD-ROM's Region has not been set. You can still change the DVD-ROM's region 5 times.
