i want to know what clever anamorphic in me gui exactly do. with each option explained. what is i want to keep orignal aspect ratio of image.

Simply speaking, it's a way to have more efficient (smaller size, better quality) encodes by storing the video in a different aspect ratio than what it will be displayed at. Video players (especially ones on computers) are clever enough to display the video at the correct aspect ratio.

Use the 'Overcrop to achieve mod16' option as recommended.
