Power DVD Can it select a diff soundcard?

HI..
I'm a big Cineplayer 4.0 fan, but dont like that it cant play SVCD.. So i tried Power DVD..
Its Picture isnt as good for DivX/DVD etc, but at least it can play SVCD

Now my problem is this, i dont see any options anywhere too select the soundcards output, I have 2 cards in the machine, and would like one of them too be dedicated too Power DVD.

The reason is
Spare PC & HIFI are in one room (soundcard 1)
TV is next door, where i send a feed from The gfx card & Soundcard 2.. into the Scart of the video

I can get it too change by using the Control panel/sounds and audio devices, then selecting the card i need there, but surely there has too be some way i can Leave that well alone (set on Soundcard 1)

And have only power DVD using Soundcard 2 (without having too mess about with that control panel Option every time)

BTW using PowerDVD 4 XP
In windows XP Pro

Is there anyway of tweaking any config files or anything like that?
