windvd 2000

When i try to play a dvd with windvd 2000 the player loads but as soon as I try to play the movie it crashes to a blue screen error. It work originaly. Can any one help?

Uninstall (properly - don't just manually delete files) and reinstall WinDVD 2000.

Or, better still, obtain WinDVD 3.0.
