    Philips DVR 985 Can't Backup...

    My friend just bought a Philips DVR 985 and tried to use it with a Sima Pro Series SCC to backup a disc. Now this worked backing up to a Video Tape, but the Philips responds by saying that the disc is copyguarded, and wont backup. Does anyone know any solutions ???
