GeForce4 MX440 and TV Out problems????

Ok.......here is the problem.......I was and still am running a GeForce2 MX/MX 400 64mb card......I tried recently upgraded my video card
to a GeForce4 MX440-8X 128mb card, the card is great but when I go to
play a DVD though PowerDVD. I get an error message saying "TheTV Out
port of your display card is not working properly. And when I hit the
detail button it tells me "This copy protected disc can not be played
when the TV out function is enabled....I have no TV hooked up to my
PC. I have done alittle research on this and everything I have found
points to the Nvidia driver...What I cant understand is how to take an older driver from maybe my GeForce2 MX/MX 400 card that allows me me to play DVD's and make my pc read my GeForce4 MX440-8x card and play DVD's again. Also if there is an driver name i need to install. All help will vey greatful!!!!!!!!!!Bill

There have been several postings over the past few months regarding this specific matter. The solution is to download and install the older NVidia driver(s)...

"The 41.09 and future drivers have more stringent checks in the driver to comply with the latest Macrovision requirements. If the TV encoder does not support Macrovision, you will get the "Macrovision Distribution Failed" error message or a similar message depending on which DVD software player you are using. The BT868 and Conexant CX25870 TV encoders do not support Macrovision. If your graphics card is equipped with one of these TV encoders, then it will not support DVD playback with our 41.09 drivers and above."

Thanks for the info but how and where do I find the right driver that will work for my GF4 MX440 card......the driver for my GF2 MX/MX 400 card(which is a older card and driver)will not work with my new card but it will allow me to play DVDs if the MX/MX 400 card is installed....
