Hi,
Trying to resolve the interlace issue I have almost gone crazy.
Source : Hi8 analog handycam (PAL)
Capture : Virtualdub (no filters - Huffyuv compression)
Encode : Tmpgenc (default at high quality)
Burn : Nero , Ulead DVD factory (1x)
Problem : Horizontal movement of camera while viewing on TV give flickers. This is not so obvious on PC. On TV it irritates.
I have tried host of filters available on virtual dub / Tmpg but nothing worked.
Any tips or settings?
