rm file played on realone player , no image but got sound.??

That's not very much info. Install newest Realplayer. A rm-file can also contain only audio.

already installed the latest version of realone player build 6010505, but no image display during playback. Any ideas?

is that a real player?
i believe there is an issue on any player being able use rm unless licensed as a valid real product.
copy right issues i believe.
a monopoly on the player and the codecs.
almost as bad as m$oft
