    Vfapi reader help!

I installed Windows XP and then installed the Nimo pack including the Vfapi reader but I accidentally tried running the program before running the .bat file. The program is not working for me. It will not read the file that I created in DVD2AVI. Does this program not work with XP? Is there a way to take VOB files and convert them to DivX files without using the Vfapi reader?

    Please help!

    Thanks,

Can you use GKnot to compress the video file with DivX then combine the video file with the AC3 file in Nandub?

        Thanks,
