ok heres the deal, i have this downloaded mpg i want to burn to a vcd with nero. I opened it in vdub and it is pal so i checked the pal box in nero, but when i go to add the file and after it gets done checking it, it says it is invalid. The audio is right and everything it just says the following problems were found: stream encoding which is invalid for a (super) video-cd. What i was goin to do is rencode the mpg in tmpgenc but that would take a while i was wonderin what is invalid about this file and how to fix it other than rencoding it takin another 10 or so hours, thanks in advance.
