    Extracting a good still picture from vid

    Is there any software to extract still pictures from the video, with good interpolation?

      open your file in nandub

      video => copy source frame to clipboard

          VirtualDub (of course) will do likewise. Also, you can copy your output frame to the clipboard, useful if you've applied some filtering to the input file.
          It may look like I'm doing nothing, but actually, at a cellular level I'm quite busy.
