subtitling problem

Hi Folks! Iâ€™ve a movie, I want to attach it to an Hebrew translation, I use MicroDVD software to do it but I need the translation to remain with the movie, Without the need to run it from MicroDvd evrytime I wanna watch, How can I put the translation text permanently with the movie contents? Thanks Matan

I add a subtitle filter to VirtualDub in order to translate a movie,
The problem now , since Hebrew is right to left language the translation appear in the wrong direction,

Do you know how to encode it right(and where

?
