recombining AC3 with m2v

This is probably a pretty simple question for someone...

I strip a DVD to Hard disk
I run something (name escapes me) and it splits VOB into AC3 and M2V
I then TMPEng the M2V to make it smaller

I now want to recombine the new smaller M2V with the AC3 file, how do I do that?
