Mp3 to Mpeg

I download a file and by error save as Mp3.

I can´t download it again.

Can I change file format from mp3 to mpeg?

Is there any tool?

I try virtualdub, but don´t let me open the file.

I´m running XP

Sounds like you've simply named it incorrectly with an MP3 extender. Try simply changing the extender to ".MPG" (if the file was an MPEG file), or to ".AVI" (if the file was an AVI file, DivX-compressed or other).

No solution.

I try to add at the end .mpg or .avi, but the system still recognize as mp3
