y divx isnt clear for me...

i watched "ice age" divx on my friends machine, n it looked great
but wen i watched it on my machine....its not as clear
i mean its not as crisp

i've tried changing the quality settings to high.
so...can anyone help me?

Most likely the quality of your monitor and video adapter are different from your friend's. The positioning of the monitor plays a part as well. The further away it is from the windows or anywhere else the sun might shine into the room, the better.

Since you didn't mention any problematic video displays, such as green lines, artifacts or the like, I assumed there is no software problem.
