Best Capture Card

I have a SONY TRV510 Camcorder and a PC with Pioneer DVD-RW drive. I am using PYRO DV capture card(purchased for $70 USD). But, I am not satisfied with its quality. Video depth is not of good quality.

Can somedy tell me what is the best video capture card available for making DVDs/VCDs?

the capture card (your firewire) has nothing to do with the quality of your video. It is a problem with your video-capturesoftware or with your camera.
