Try to unlock with player ?

Hi all , trying to "back up " a dvd movie and its telling me that it carnt unlock it try and unlock with player or somthing , i use Smart rip and some other program called Force ATPI , it normally works great but wont do this movie , any ideas what i need to do ? any help would be greatly appreciated i am new to all this

Since it "normally works great", I'm assuming you've actually played the DVD using your DVD player (PowerDVD, winDVD, etc ...) 1st before ripping, right?
