Bug in Nimo Codec Pack 5.0 Build 8 ?!
hello,
When I tried to install the divX 5.0.2 Codec with the Nimo Codec Pack 5.0 Build 8 all went well ,at first.But after the installerwindow
had disappeared, I got the errormessage:
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\divx5.reg kann nicht importiert werden. Fehler beim Öffnen der Datei. Mögliche Ursache ist ein Datenträger- oder Dateisystemfehler.
The NEW install-routine of the ´Pack was not able to implement the divx502-codec into the windows 98 registry.
(It didn´t show in VirtualDub.)
After that I used the DivX5.0.2-Bundle from http://www.divx.com
=>no problem
I used the Nimo Codec Pack 5.0 Build 7 and had no problem to install the divX5.0.1-codec.
Has anybody similar problems ?
