im sure this is an old question, but i wasnt able to find an answer searching the old posts - sorry
i have a region 1 ntsc "letterboxed" disk of "the matrix" . i want to use flask to encode it to a ntsc vcd, which according to standard should be 29.97 fps. but i may have been reading too much and now have some jumbled memories of players adjusting framerates from 24 or 23.97 to 29.97, and whatnot, lol, so im no
onger sure what setting to use.
anyone who can speak from experience? thanks.
ps - an old post did tell me which ripper to use though !
