divx installer?

Hai,

I tried to convert asf to avi using asftools. but then converted file.. got pic.. but no sound... it stated there the A.FormatTag is 0x0161..

is it because that i dont have fully install the divx ?/ wat version od divx i was lag ??/

where can i find it ??/ is it possible to install Nimo Codec Pack??? i heard that this can solve my problem .. is it ??// where can i find Nimo Codec Pack ???

you know how how to convert from rm file to mpg file... pls teach me.. tq...
