Video Data through LINE IN

Is it possible to recieve video data through a LINE IN> Like this:
TV -> SCART SOCKET TO 3-PIN (AUDIO L&R, VIDEO) -> LINE IN ...

If I put the 1 pin into a neutral LINE IN on my PC.

The LINE IN socket in your PC is for audio only.

The VIDEO cable that comes from the scart cable carries composite video. You need a capture card that has a composite video in socket.
