Sound problem

Hi ppl. I've got this sound problem, i;ve downloaded fil called "we were soldiers" and i have the piture but no sound i tried millions of players non of them worked plz help me

i tried quite a few ac3 codecs non of them worked also tried to play it on PowerDVD winDVD and some else DVD software and still no sound
