Best PC Editing and Authoring Program

Hey, basically, I want a good program that is easy to use. the only functions i would be using it for is to capture, crop the video file, titles, dvd menu's and dvd burning. For PC. Quality and compatabilty to do all functions above is the number 1 issue, the number 2 issue is ease of use. Thanx for the help. Lates
