divx to vcd conversion

. i've been reading around about divx to vcd conversion. i have the ff already:
Intel P4 1.7GHz
CDRW
Nero
VDub
TMPGEnc
Tsunami codec pack
dvix 502 codec
divx alpha player
..and a lot of inet downloaded vdeio clips.

my problems:
1.0 * i have these smallville (tv series) clips with below file info using vdub-P4

frame size 320x240, 29.97fps
#frames 42:51
decomressor DivX Pro 5.0.2 Codec
audio
sampling rate 44100Hz
ch 2(sterei
sampli precision 0-bit
compr Unknown (tag 0055)
#frame 77040

* i cannot seem to uncompressed the audio file so i can use TMPEGEnc to convert to VCD format and burn on Nero. error was "Audio file not supported

2.0 * I also have a certain video clip i recently downloaded. that i can burn with below vduib info

sampling rate 24000Hz
ch 2(sterei
sampli precision 0-bit
compr Unknown (tag 0055)

however, output from Nero when viewed using VCD player was inverted(upside down) result. why

anybody who can help me plz....

"Unknown (tag 0055)" is indicative of an MP3 codec. Download and install the Radium (Fraunhoefer) .MP3 codec...
