Hi, I tried burning movies, but it took forever and then when i tried watching it the sound was like 30 seconds behind the movie. Does it matter what file type it is like mpeg and avi? help Plesae.

"Does it matter what file type it is like mpeg and avi?" avi is for movies to watch ONLY on your computer, while mpg files are usually larger and can be burned to cd's to watch on your dvd standalone.
If you're interested, reply and you can get more info on how to watch mpg files on your dvd player.
This can be easily done: Load file in VirtualDub.
Set both Video and Audio tabs to Direct Stream Copy.
Under the Audio tab select Interleaving...
Correct the audio in the Audio Skew Correction field. Then simply save the avi.
