I know how to increase a volume of a wav file, which is with good old Sound Recorder. LOL But how can you increase the volume of an MPEG. The only way I can think of is to extract the audio of the MPEG to WAV format, increase the volume there, and then merge them together again. Not only does that take a long time, but once you merge them, the audio doesn't go with the video anymore. It's like when you're doing this with a live performance from a band, their mouth doesn't match the audio.
Can someone please help, thanks
