Aiptek DV2 CF Card Problem?

HI.I have an Aiptek DV2 Digital camera.It came complete with a 64Meg CF Card (Scandisk).I purchased a 128Meg card from MemoryActive (Integral) but all it does is to lock the camera.I have to remove the batteries to clear it.Memory active supplied me two cards.Both failed to work.They say it is a firmware problam and will contact me when there is an upgrade.Aiptek in Germany Emailed me to say it is a CF Card combatibility problam.
Can anyone help.
