    No playback audio - Help

I use PowerVCR to record tv shows, basketball, and football games, but just recently, I'm getting no audio on the playback. Files I recorded in the past still have audio and everything else works fine. I also am hearing audio while recording, just not on playback.

I tried that GSPOT program too, but it said no errors were reported.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I'd suggest that you check to make certain that you haven't inadvertently turned off either the software's audio capture or your PC's audio-in...

Oh, not the PowerVCR again ... i hate this program so much ...
on my comp doesn't work at all .. i just get illegal operation, bsd etc. I have two capture cards (Geforce4 vivo & avermedia tuner) and two wins (XP pro & 98). I want to use Power VCR for capturing into mpeg but no luck. So, i use virtualdub & avi2mpeg and i'm so happy now

I've been using PowerVCR for almost a year now and this is the first time I've had any kind of problem.

Thanks for the help setarip, I think I finally figured it out.

Basically, I inadvertently turned off...the software's audio capture. Sometimes the problem is so simple.
