Connecting comp to tv by tv-out

hy
recently i bought new comp.....intel 2.4 ghz,256 ddr,60 gb maxtor,leadtek geforce ti4200 with tv-out....and the tv-out is making me trouble......i connected my comp to my samsung tv....the picture througt the tv-out is ok.....but when i try to watch a dvd or a movie(xvid).......i can't strech the picture to full......example......when i put the picture in powerdvd to fullscreen on the edges of the tv.....the picture looks like it doubles.....like i streched it to much.....and the whole picture has few strange lines.....??
any suggestions......or a programs which fixes that?!

You may want to try "TV-Tool"

I will agree with Batman I had the same problem and TV Tool solved that... Write back about what happened..
