    DVD from PC to Mac

    Right,
I need to burn Qick time file with my Pioneer DVR A 05 on my PC (Win 2000), and take disk to school and open it in Mac (OS x).
If i put file on CD it works fine, file can be opened on Mac, but when i burn it on DVD nothing. Mac just spits the disk out.
I've tried Nero, VOB instant CD/DVD 6.5, with UDF-without it, joilet - no joilet

File being 3.2 Gig i have to burn it on DVD...

Any ideas would be very welcome

I think so, i'm not 100% sure, on the drive says DVD-Rom, so i guess it is, but i'm not realy a Mac person so when i looked for it in Mac properties i couldn't see.
Maybe someone can tell me where to look for info about what it reads: DVD- , or DVD+

oh yeh had a look on apple website. only other thing i can think of is that it it don`t like the brand of disk your using(or the mac needs a firmware update).I use cd-r and cd-rw in them at college all the time and i have had problems with mixed audio and data but usually they will read them they use a udf like pc`s.

Looks like i found the problem, DVD-rom reads DVD-R, but does not read DVD-RW

I still have to test it on the Mac.......
