No video

Hi all,

using Divx 5.0.3 Pro but when I play some downloaded movies, it plays with no sound and video, total black screen. I've used GSpot and it says no error found.

load the file into virtualdub, and go
file-->file information.
post here everything you see (screen capture would be nice)
