Windows Media Audio/Video file to MPEG

Hey guys. This has probably already been posted a couple times in the past but I couldn't find it. What program should I use for converting Windows Media Audio/Video file to MPEG. I have some news movies and I wanted to make them into a VCD.

ok Next problem lol. I need to convert a .asf file to MPEG or .wvm

TMPGenc can convert an .asf into an mpeg file.
