Does it play correctly on your computer?

You might try to burn at a slower speed. that fixed my problem

A simple search. It's been covered countless times. here
      for example.

There's your problem. Convert with TMPGenc and only burn it with nero as a video-cd.

I cannot use TMPGenc at all. I CONSTANTLY get errors, crashes, etc when I try and load things.

Try deleting the whole folder into which you installed (extracted) tmpgenc and get a new version here.

Yup, i have the newest version.
Might it be because the movie is in XviD form?

If you don't have an XviD codec installed, yes...
