    If I uninstall and reinstall it will all my codecs be uninstalled as well?

    no, the codecs are not part of the software that comes with a media player. They are simply for decompressing and compressing video and audio streams. No harm will be done t oyour codecs except if you have the nimo and tsunami packs installed. I like the tsunami codec pack better.

      I think i have one of those 2 codec packs would i have to reinstall it?

        nope.... It is all good. you don't need any codecs unless you can't play something that requires that codec.
