Hi,
can anyone tell me about any good sound edit application that allow me to cut noises from my sound file and make him play only the sound i want to hear?

Cool Edit has a Noise Reduction feature available. However, I doubt that you can effectively reduce noise from a given source without affecting the parts that you don't want removed (I'm not aware of any 100%-effective noise reductant). It won't hurt to back up the sound file and playing around with it though.
